Brief description of the survey: As required by the assignment, the study attempted to find out the customer satisfaction over the available telecom services. This study also mapped the consumer’s opinion about the revenue sharing model existing in the telecom sector. The study attempted to find out whether the people want the existing revenue share model exists between various telecom operators or want to switch over to a service tax regime. The findings of the study was accepted by the client and the findings of the study was published in various leading national and regional news papers of the country
