Dr. Sulbha Khanna: She has more than 37 years experience in Documentation, Formative Research and survey, Participatory Research, Programme and project monitoring and evaluation, Gender equity and development, Improvement in quality of life through Public Health, Disaster management forreduction poverty, Community development and Poverty reduction, Livelihood opportunities and capacity building of poor Project management and planning. She has post doctorate from Gujrat University in 1992 on the topic of Decision Making Process of Farmers in Commercial and Traditional Agriculture and Master of Professional Studies (International Agriculture and Rural Development), Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, U.S.A. She has published 4 books & 30 Research papers focusing on different aspects of development.
Mr. Neeraj Singh: He has more than 18 years of experience on social science evaluation studies.
